Double Horse Chefmate Long Grain Boiled Basmati Rice
Ingredients: Method of preparation:
- In a pressure cooker ( without lid) saute onion in oil until brown, saute ground paste, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Then add powdered masala and saute well
- Add chicken pieces,650 ml of water, curd, lemon juice, ghee and cook until raw smell goes.
- Once the pressure settles add drained rice (after 15 minutes soaking) and cook for 1 whistle.
- lower the flame and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Garnish with nuts, raisins, and coriander leaves
