Oil Pulling, also called Gandusha in Sanskrit, is an ancient Ayurvedic morning ritual, which improves our oral health. This ayurvedic oil is formulated with natural ingredients. It is vegetarian in nature.

Ingredients:

Sesame Oil, Haridra/Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Saunth (Zingiber officinale), Laoung ( Syzygium aromaticum), Kesar (Saffron), and Darchini (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) for Mukha Shodhan and Mukhavas.

How To Use?

Swish up to 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes on an empty stomach, pulling the oil in and out between your teeth. Spit and rinse with water. Use once per day.
