How to use:
- 1. 1/3 cup Sprouted Jowar powder
- 2. 2 cups coconut milk/almond milk/cow milk(12 months plus)/water
- 3. Any seasonal fruit puree
- 4. Finely powdered nuts and seeds powder
- Add a small amount of water and make a paste of the powder
- Add this to boiling milk or water and cook for 4-5minutes
- Add any fruit puree to sweeten it and top it up powder of nuts and seeds to make it more nutrient-dense.
