Directions to Use:

Coconut oil for hair growth - Regularly massage hair and scalp with 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil depending upon the length of your hair. For best results leave it on overnight.

Pure coconut oil for skin- After a bath, when the skin is damp, massage a few drops of coconut oil all over your body. It is safe to be applied on face as it is an excellent make-up remover.
