Dose :
Vaidyaratnam Mustharishtam should be taken after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the below decoction.
- Take 5-30ml a day
- Take the decoction after meals
- Drink the decoction twice a day
- Mix equal amount of water with the tonic
