Ingredients:

Protein Blend (Soy Protein Isolate and Milk Protein Isolate).
Maltodextrin, Dietary Fiber (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum).
MCT oil powder, vitamin and mineral blend, flavors, and sweeteners.

Directions:

Measure 200 milliliters of pre-boiled, room-temperature water.
Using the provided scoop, measure out 6 leveled scoops (about 50g) of Nestle Optifast powder.
Gradually add powder to water and mix vigorously until completely dissolved.
