Good Morning,

I have asked for an invoice (= commercial invoice) two times related to the order and I have not received it since now.

I have received an invoice for T-shirts, tops and pants with the value of 9 GBP attached to the parcel, after that I have received invoice in indian Rupie for 108. Then I have received a proforma invoice for the right value of the order.

Please be aware that an invoice is needed for accounting/fiscal purpose.

I you are not able to do it, we will take action and send all the documentation to the German Customs and also to European Customs.

If I don´t received the commercial invoice by the end of August the customs will be informed.
