Pure & Sure Organic Rice Flour is milled from certified organic rice grown in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and stone-ground to preserve the flour’s natural soft texture and mild aroma. The traditional slow milling avoids heat damage and keeps the flour smooth and light, ideal where a delicate, neutral flour is required.
We never bleach or over-process the rice; the flour is cleaned and processed using a patented steam sterilization step to reduce microbial risk while preserving nutrition and shelf life. The result is a pure, gluten-free rice flour that performs beautifully for idiyappam, modaks, dosa batter and baking.
