It did arrive smashed obviously due to shipping, but the taste was perfect! :)

Pullareddy sweets to my daughter and son in law

It was indeed an amazing experience to learn about Distacart and had an opportunity of using it to use, choose products and despatch it to my daughter and son in law who are staying tens of thousand miles away. I wished them happy Dussehra with Pullareddy sweets and snacks. My daughter and son in law shared their happiness with all the products displayed on a table at their home and thanked me profusely. My joy knew no bounds when I could see how happy they were to have received sweets from her dad from India. That was priceless for me. That was indeed a great moment in my life Thanks to Distacart.

But I have an issue with the packaging guys which probably should be your USP while despatching the food products especially the sweets. My daughter never complained probably to keep her dad happy. But since she shared the photos of sweets and snacks with their boxes opened I was not happy to see the Bundi laddus were all broken and spread all over the box. The least the customer expects is to see the products in their original shape and be delighted about it. Such products need to be despatched a boxes where there are partitions and compartments which helps in assisting the sweets to be in their original shape and size. Kindly guys look into this and ensure customers delight.
