xI’m so happy I ordered this! Outrageous was a staple of mine in my early teens and it’s exactly the same! Shipping was perfect, product was perfect, hair is bouncy shiny and has that same scent from the 90s! Get it! ❤️
The shampoo is almost spot on for the smell of the original, but the conditioner needs some more work.

So happy to find Outrageous Conditioner again after all these years unavailable in Canada and US - it was always my favorite and so glad to find it is still being made in India. I hope it’s still the same formula which always worked so wonderfully on my hair
I started using Revlon Outrageous in 1991-92 (?). Then in 2001-2002 (?) They discontinued it . I live in California .USA. Out of curiosity I googled it in like 2012 (?) and found it at another Canadian supply, then they discontinued it.( I REALLY LOVE this stuff, better than any $30-50 professional / salon product.) A So I googled it again and to my wonderful surprise I found that through Distacart they still make it and sell it in Canada. . Distacart less , their prices were 5x higher, ( but it has also been 10 years ) but the shipping made up for the difference with their inexpensive shipping. I received it very quickly. Follow up has been great and I would definitely buy from them again.
