I am happy for the service overall. However, just have a feedback to follow up with the delivery carrier. The product was at the delivery centre. I had to search the carrier on website and reached out to the local carrier and then had to pick it up. The product arrived in December but no one called or contacted me. Please have the order status updated with the local carrier's tracking number so that when customers log in to the profile, they can easily trace it. It was a big hassle. I would have given 5 stars. Please follow up until the product is delivered and have updated information in your website. Otherwise, all good. Will order in future as well.
