Shankara by Sri Sri Tattva Gheesutra Divine Duo - combo

I've ordered from Distarcart a few times and was always satisfied with their good service — fast delivery, constant notifications.

However, I was disappointed with my recent purchase.
I recently ordered the Shankara Gheesutra face emulsion, a product I have used and loved in the past. The product I received was different in color, smell, and texture compared to the one I had used before. Additionally, it caused a stinging sensation and irritation on my face. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the product was made in India and had slightly different ingredients than the one I previously used, which was made in the USA.

Unfortunately, the smell of the product from India is not pleasant, and due to the stinging sensation, I do not wish to continue using it. Through Distarcart I reached out to Shankara India for a resolution but was informed that they do not stand behind their products and will not provide a refund.

I was surprised to find that a product with the same name could be so different due to being produced in different countries. I understand that different countries have different regulations concerning product ingredients, but this was an unexpected and disappointing experience.

I wanted to share this to warn potential customers that the same product name may yield different results depending on the country of manufacture.
Personally, I will not be ordering Shankara products made in India again based on my recent experience.
