- Giloy
- Ginger
- Castor root
- Himalayan cedar
Dose :
Vaidyaratnam Rasnapanchakam Kashayam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the following steps are followed to have the decoction.
- Take the tonic twice a day
- Take 15ml of the tonic per day
- Have the decoction before meals
- Mix the tonic with 45ml lukewarm water before consumption
