Gymnema Leaves & Bitter Gourd helps reduce blood glucose levels and enhances the action of insulin. Gymnema also helps to reduce cravings for sugar. Green Tea has natural antioxidant properties and reduces obesity.
Amla with its Vitamin C content boost up the immune system. Chamomile imparts a calming aroma and relaxes your mind.

Brewing method: Tear the pouch, remove the tea bag and place in a tea cup. Pour 150 ml of freshly boiled water (85 - 90° C) on the tea bag and leave to infuse for 3 - 5 minutes. Gently remove the bag from the cup and serve while hot.
