Dose
Vaidyaratnam Kutajarishtam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the following steps are followed to have the decoction.
- Have the decoction twice a day
- Adults may have 20ml tonic per day
- Senior citizens may have 20ml tonic a day
- Children under 5 years may have 1-5ml tonic per day
- Children within 6-9 years may have 5ml tonic per day
- Children within 10-13 years may have 5ml tonic per day
- Children within 13-19 years may have 15ml tonic per day
- Mix with equal amount of lukewarm water before consumption
