Zilli's Bengali Panch Phoron
Zilli’s Bengali Panch Phoron is a regional mix of five whole spices and is popularly used in the cuisines of Eastern India, particularly West Bengal and Odisha, as well as Nepal and Bangladesh. Panch Phoron in English is also known as Bengal Five Spices Mix.
Ingredients: Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Fennel Seeds, and Nigella Seeds.
How to Use: There are numerous Panch Phoron uses in cooking:
