I placed an order for hair coloring products and paid extra for priority shipping, which was clearly advertised as 3 to 5 business days. The product did not arrive on time, and I had to leave for my trip without it — completely defeating the purpose of the purchase.
I ended up having to buy the same product again elsewhere at the last minute, just to have what I needed for my travels. I reached out to request a refund, since the product is now useless to me, and I was shocked by how the company handled it.
Rather than taking responsibility, they twisted their own shipping policy, downplayed the delays, and even implied that 3 to 5 days is not guaranteed, despite what they advertise. They showed no willingness to offer any form of compensation or goodwill gesture.
Hair color is a recurring product — but they clearly don’t care about long-term customers. They’d rather lose a loyal, repeat customer than take accountability and do the bare minimum to make things right.
I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you value reliability and customer service. This was a frustrating and completely avoidable experience.
