Cook 100 gms of Rice and 100 gms of Tur Dal separately
Boil about 100 gms of cut vegetables separately (Suitable vegetables: Ash Gourd, French Beans, Double Beans, Carrot, Capsicum, Green Peas, Cow Peas)
Take 300 ml of water in a separate vessel, transfer cooked vegetables, and cooked dal to the vessel. Add 3-4 Table Spoons of Adukale Bisibele Bhath powder and mix well on a low flame and allow it to boil
Now to this mixture, add salt, tamarind juice, jaggery to your taste and then add the cooked rice. Keep stirring on a low flame for 5 minutes
Prepare a tempering of 1 tsp of Mustard, Curry Leaves and a pinch of Asofoetida in 5-6 tsp of cooking oil and add it to the mixture
You can also add cashew nuts to the tempering and add it to the hot mixture

Take 1 measure of Adukale Instant Idly Mix in a bowl and add 1 ½ measure of water. Mix this uniformly into a smooth batter
The measure means a cup or container of your choice
Cover the bowl with a lid and set aside for 2 minutes.
Grease the idly molds with oil. Pour the batter into the idly molds ensuring that the molds are ¾ full
Steam the idly batter in an idly cooker or a pressure cooker (without the weight) for 12 minutes
For better results invert a steel glass or a cup over the steam outlet OR use a microwave oven for 3 minutes to steam the batter in a microwave-safe idly vessel.
Serve hot with Adukale Chutney Powders

Cook 100 grams of Tur Dal in 300 ml of water with ½ tsp of cooking oil and a pinch of Turmeric Powder

Add Salt & Jaggery to your taste and let it boil for 2 more minutes

Take about 30 gms of Tamarind (About the size of a medium lemon) and extract the juice without the skin and seeds in about 100 ml of water
To this add 100 gms of Adukale Menthya Hittu and mix it well so that there are no lumps
Add Jaggery and Salt to your taste. Stir it well till the Jaggery dissolves completely
Slowly add another 100 ml of water to this mixture
Prepare a tempering of ½ tsp Mustard, 3-4 pieces of dried red chilies in 1 tsp of Cooking Oil.
Add this to the mixture and the Menthya Hittu Gojju is ready
The gojju is ideal to serve with Chappati, Poori, Curd Rice, or with Hot Rice
