Instant Multi Millet Dosa: (200gms)

INGREDIENTS:

Foxtail millet flour, Sorghum flour, Finger millet flour, Little millet flour, Pearl millet flour, Barnyard millet flour, Black gram flour, Salt, Cooking soda and Acidity regulator E 296.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Measure: For 1 cup of Eco Jivan’s Multi Millet Dosa mix, you need 1 ½ cup of water

1.  1.Add water to Eco Jivan’s multi millet dosa mix as instructed.

2.  2.Mix the batter well so as to remove the lumps.

3.  3.Heat the non-stick/iron tava on medium flame. Clean the surface of tava with wet cloth. When the tava is hot enough, pour the ladle full of batter on the tava and swirl it as thin as possible in a spiral motion by rotating ladle.

4.  4.Apply 1 teaspoon oil/ghee/butter, around the edges & cook it until the bottom surface turns golden brown. Flip it, cook for a minute and remove it from tava.

5. 5.Wipe tava with wet clean cloth for next dosa.

6. 6.Serve with chutney and curry for enjoying our delicious millet Dosa.
