Dashmool- Combination of 10 herbs which include Patala, Kashmari, Shyonak, Agnimantha, Bilva, Gokhru, Choti Kateri, Badi Kateri, Pithvan and Sarivan
Dose:
Sandu Amritarishta should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the supplement.
Have the supplement with water
Take the decoction twice per day
Have the supplement after meals
Drink 10ml-24ml of the tonic per day
