It is 17 days and many emails since you sent me a different product to the one I ordered and are are not prepared to provide a refund, instead saying the "seller" has said the packaging (and name) are different - when they are not. I have sent phots of the ingredients - which are different, but you are still not prepared to give me a refund. Stating "we will get back to you at earliest with the best solution". What does that even mean? If you were an English company you would have provide a refund to me by law! To all shoppers - beware of dealing with a company situated in a different country, even though India has consumer rights Distacard is not honouring its responsabilities but rather trying to pass their responsabilities to a "Seller", who is not them. I bought the product from Distacart so as far as I am concerned, they are the seller - not some other party.
