Ammae Amosteo Health Porridge

Key Ingredients:
  • Black Gram
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salem Idly Rice
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Dry Ginger

How to use: 

  • Step 1: Amosteo is a health porridge mix. Mix 2 spoons of amosteo to small quantity of water.  
  • Step 2: Mix properly without lumps and bring to boil in low flame for 4 minutes until it becomes paste consistency.
  • Step 3: Add salt or jaggery for taste.
