Direction to prepare:
1. Add 1 portion of Siridhanya Dosa mix to 1.5 portions of water(300ml). Use filter water/RO water for better results.
2. Leave it aside for 8-9 hours in summer and 13-14 hours in cool weather for it to ferment. Keep it in a wooden cupboard for faster fermentation.
3. Use batter after greasing the pan with oil or ghee.
