xI love the products, but I was not aware that I need to pay custom taxes, which were almost as the product. The product was shipped from India. I would still have bought it, but it would have been better to know from the beggining. Also, the delivery was a challenge with DHL, to be home etc

This copper water jug was part of one of two orders I placed. Both orders were mixed together in one box, and most of the items were stuffed into the copper jug in an unsafe manner.
The copper jug itself was about $37, and I expected a heavy gauge. However, it was flimsy and easily dented. You could find a copper jug of the same or better quality on eBay for about $20.
Additionally, one of the bottles of medicine I ordered was unsealed and sent opened. Customer service did refund this bottle after a couple of days. That said, the customer service team insisted that it was opened at custom, but there was no indication that the custom opened the box or its contents.
