Worst experience

Firstly I had a very worst experience with your website as I haven’t received my order only and sent back to the seller I have ordered for gold facial kit but your team member requested to swap with other product I said yes but even after that I haven’t received my order and lastly I hate your website because although you did refund I’m not happy as I got disappointed for not getting the product first if I would get it I would not ask for refund but I placed order on purpose but so worst experience because first my order delivery tracking was changed then later no updates about order at last when I myself texted the customer service you people said order has been returned and when u said for re shipping it will take 5-7 business days I said k but if in case still if it’s not getting delivered I want refund you people directly raised refund request and did refund it’s so bad to experience with you people I’m not going to use your website or app anymore I’m uninstalling the app right away good bye!
