I ordered the Himalayan Collagen waiting for it to be delivered it took more than 3 weeks to be delivered and it got stuck up in customs stating not enough description given for the product , they emailed me to state what the collagen is based on ? I think the seller should have mentioned this on the package . Then they asked me to pay the customs fee , fair enough the Distacart paid from their own packet . But the stress I went through was bad enough for me not to order again . thanks

Bad communication

21 days ago I ordered Himalayan organics collagen which was in stock online. I never received my order. So your team was going to send me another kind (brand) which I agreed to. Still have not received that! I sent my address three times. I’m not sure what is going on.
