xKiran - mate yes happy to review and it is certainly not good. To start with I ordered and paid for 2 things ie Guduchi and Gokshura. You tell me you filled the order with 1 item. That appears to be a good start, isn't it??
Your call centre folks have difficulty comprehending english laguage and struggle to stich a sensible sentence together.
The order was placed on 18 or 19 January and here I am still waiting for delivery.
