Nanak Cold Pressed Wheat Flour is ground at hand speed which is made in small batches that help to retain all the important nutrients in it. Nanak Atta is made from carefully selected high-quality MP Sharbati wheat grain procured from the state of Madhya Pradesh.
It is more nutritious as during the grinding process the flour stays cool, unlike the big rollers which heat up the flour to a great extent thereby killing most of the important nutrients.
It is High in fiber, good for digestion, remains soft for longer with no added preservatives.
We use only Natural Stone Chakki just like how our forefathers did for generations. We are strictly against using an Emery Stone Chakki which is made up of Chemicals.
