  • Coriander
  • Bay leaves
  • Star anise
  • Allspice.
Directions :
  • Add as a spice rub for chicken, duck, pork and seafood as a marinade.
  • Add a pinch of it to the batter of the muffin.
  • Add to the bread crumbs for fried food.
  • Mix it into hot tea, add some honey, maybe some apple juice, and chill in the refrigerator for a spicy beverage.
