I have emphasised a thousand times and I appears I’m talking to a dumb amnesia patient who cannot understand what’s happening and keep repeating “cannot” like a malfunctioning robot.

1) I didn’t make 2nd & 3rd order, this is your website misleading customer to tick a box with totally different instruction – if buying the same product within 1 month, we shall have the right to get discount, but the customer shall at least have their right to decide whether or not buy another one within 1 month, it SHOULD NOT be your website auto purchasing for your customer and make auto deduction.
2) 2nd parcel was not expected already and I’ve been communicating with logistic guy I’m out of town for 20+ days, which is totally a sign that I had no idea you purchased for me on my behalf and take my money. Having all this happened, regardless I sent you immediate warning that I don’t need a 3rd parcel please return your product, you insist sending the 3rd parcel to my home, with a condition that you could have returned your product half way. And now you guys are asking me to pay the returning logistic fee if I want to return? - Were you guys dead when I asked you guys to stop delivering the 3rd parcel? Why do you HAVE TO send it to me first and then ask me to pay return?
3) 2nd parcel has 2 damaged items that you should have take action to remedy that, but you never do.
