Need to improve after sale service and web portal experience

Hello Kiran,

I ordered homeopathic medicines and all bottles were leaking and almost empty. Packaging not upto standard for fragile items.
Your after sales team acknowledged the request on time, but the service needs improvement. Terms & clauses for refund or replacement not transparent. I requested for refund but your service team kept recommending for replacement, which I agreed and never received. May be I am not clear on how to apply for replacement from your portal.

You have a high probability to improve your trade by improving few areas, especially you web portal and packaging services.
