He was Secretary of Indian Psychiatric Society (Rajasthan Chapter) in year 2000-2003. He has been working as Secretary of Indian Psychiatric Society (North Zone) since 2002. The author has been part of "Task force on clinical practising guidelines for Psychiatrists in India" of Indian Psychiatric Society and has prepared document for clinical practising guidelines for management of depression.
