Ingredients:
- Coriander Seeds, Red Chilli, Toor Dal, Chana Dal, Fenugreek seeds, Pepper and Turmeric.
- Homemade, aromatic, and flavourful South Indian Sambar powder from Sweet Karam Coffee with 100% natural and organic ingredients.
How to use:
- Step 1: Cook 3 tbsp. Toor dal + 3 cups water + 1/2 tsp oil + 1 pinch of turmeric powder.
- Step 2: Add 300g cut vegetables + 1 cup water & cook.
- Step 3: Add 1 tbsp sambar powder + 1/2 cup water to cooked dal and vegetables.
- Step 4: Add 2½ tbsp. tamarind pulp (1:5 tamarind: water) + salt. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Step 5: Heat 1/2 tbsp. oil in a pan & crackle 1/2 tsp mustard & curry leaves. Add to Sambar. Serve with Rice, Idli & Dosa.
