All good: Issue resolved amicably

The issue was resolved amicably. I received the medicine.

It was an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two items on 28 August, 2025 via order number #631836. On 4 September, Aramex tracking system showed that they tried to deliver the item but I wasn’t home which was absolutely wrong. I immediately contacted Dista and then tons of emails were exchanged with them during one-week where the Dista customer service was only acting like a post office – forwarding my messages to Aramex and theirs to me. Almost every email said, “we apologize, give us 1-2 business days”. They kept saying that my address was incorrect and that I should give the correct address. I kept telling them that my address is the same that you guys (Dista) have on your website and on which I have been receiving shipments from Dista in the past. They still insisted that I should give them my correct address. I sent my address again. When I received my shipment, the phone number on the address label was wrong. During the exchange of these emails, I received emails that were meant for some other customer. Not only that, I received an email with the following subject: “Re:4757158514784--Dista Order #631curenrly chvkig with th e836 Required Your Response”. Such sloppy acts show the state of affairs at Dista. Interestingly, my other order #630495 which was ordered on 25 August met the same fate and I still haven’t received it although it was ordered earlier than the one I received on 10 Sept. And the customer service is sending the same emails, “we apologize, give us 1-2 business days”, etc. etc. I am sure this one too has my wrong phone number although it was shipped on a different date in a different package. My shipment had medicines and were needed urgently. I told them multiple times that it’s too late now, cancel my order and refund the money but they ignored. Now this second order is even more useless for me but I am stuck. Using only beautiful words such as, “If your experience was less than 5 star please let us know and we …” without listening to the customer are meaningless.
