Dose:

Vaidyaratnam Dasamoola Rasayanam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the following steps are followed to have the decoction.

• Have the decoction after meals
  
• Take it with warm milk as an adjuvant
  
• Adults may have 1 to 2 tablespoons of the powder per day
  
• Children may have 1/4th to 1 teaspoon of the decoction per day
