How to use:

Start by shaking the pen eyeliner gently to ensure an even flow of color.
With a steady hand, apply the eyeliner along your upper lash line from the inner corner to the outer corner.
For a cat-eye look, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner and flick it upwards.
If you want a more dramatic effect, you can also apply the eyeliner to your lower lash line.
