I ordered for first time. I ordered 4, item out of the 4, the face wash was half empty without a seal. And the night balm was hard and crumbly the balm should be smooth it wasn't I left it in a heated room but there were no difference I really wanted the night balm.. But there's nothing else. Bit your customer service was good and was quick with sorting out the issue
