How To Use:
- Step 1: Starting from the inner corner of your eye, draw a line along your lash line, using small, gentle strokes.
- Step 2: For a more dramatic look, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of your eye.
- Step 3: Repeat on the other eye. Allow the eyeliner to dry completely before opening your eyes or applying any other eye makeup.
