About the Product:
Two leaves and a bud plucked only from Camellia Sinensis during summer, is roasted at temperatures below 180 degrees Fahrenheit and then hand sorted. Tasting Notes Once brewed the liquor is of the palest apple green almost white, the aroma is that of soft peony and mown hay, and on the palate, it is slightly sweet with a well-rounded balance of gooseberry and honey. BREWING NOTES Bring fresh water to first boil at 90°C. Add one heaped teaspoon full for each person to the water in a porcelain pot. After cooling down the boiling water for 5 minutes, steep for 3 minutes. Sip tepid.
