Graminway Bhatura Atta
Ingredients:
- Refined Flour, Rava, Salt, and Sugar
Cooking Guidelines:
- Take Bhatura Atta in a mixing bowl and add buttermilk. To make dough for bhatura, add some oil while kneading, and rest the dough for 30-45 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Cut dough in small pedals and coat the rolling surface and rolling pin with a lot of oil.
- Deep fry bhaturas and serve hot.
